As a general rule, once an Order has been placed, the buyer will not be able to cancel it. Buyers may only cancel orders prior to shipping by contacting E Canna Buy's call centre (1800-572-7545). However, E Canna Buy maintains the right to refuse any reimbursement to Buyer as a result of a cancellation instigated by Buyer, based on Buyer's past cancellation history. E Canna Buy has complete authority over any purchase refund. If the buyer receives a different product than that ordered the user has the right to ask for a refund. E Canna Buy allows refund only in such cases.
